Cut once, and measure twice was a theme of the Jawala Scouts class one week, as Najee modeled safety, proper tool usage, and precision in cutting, gluing, and nailing pine boards for their Enzo Mari chairs. We hope to continue to have classes like this in the Makerspace led by community-focused builders like Najee.

The Jawala Scouts enjoyed their time in the Chester Made Makerspace, also building z-shaped end tables and learning about being an entrepreneur and marketing your own products.
